What if I told you that the Good Life is here and now—for your and for your student—even during the entire college application process?

Your student has a soul. I aim to integrate college prep into your student’s life in a way that is manageable and honoring to their soul without becoming a cumbersome burden. My goal is to remove anxiety from their life, not add to it.

I will never sacrifice some unattainable, weird version of “success” over the humanity of your precious child. Your student’s soul should be nurtured on Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. Everything I do as a tutor and coach keeps those ends in mind.

Here at the Classical College Coach, I use time-tested teaching and coaching strategies and approaches to college counseling, application essay writing, and test prep.

With a background of fifteen years in homeschooling and online teaching, I know the difference that individualized instruction makes in the life and work of a student. 

I work at your student’s pace, not mine—no need to ever catch up with the rest of the class. I will push your student as is appropriate, but will never force them to go beyond what they are ready and willing to do.

They are the one who must decide what work they want to put into this process. I will be ready to press them as they rise up to meet that challenge.
